This Bar Year, the HTBA is also partnering with various elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as universities in the Capitol area in an effort to foster a relationship between Richmond-area attorneys and minority children/young adults living in our community. Acknowledging our responsibility to reach members of our community who are in need of various types of services, our members have opportunities to assist in feeding programs for indigent individuals, as well as legal clinics that address the legal needs of populations that have, historically, been disenfranchised.
